I’ve been there, too.
Most women meet me at a crossroads—the place where doing “all the right things” still doesn’t feel like enough.
I know that place intimately, because that’s where my own transformation began.
Over a decade ago, my journey looked like a quest to fix my body. I counted calories, ran miles, and hustled for results that never seemed to last. Then everything shifted when I stopped treating my body like a problem to solve and started listening to it as a teacher. What began as weight loss became a complete re-orientation to life. I lost 50 pounds and kept it off—but more importantly, I found myself: vibrant, grounded, and fully alive.
That awakening revealed what I now help my clients see every day—our struggles with food, purpose, relationships, or success are rarely about those things alone. They’re signals pointing to deeper truths about how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves. When we reconnect to the fullness of our own humanity—the wisdom of the body, the intelligence of the mind, and the voice of the soul—everything changes.
Today, I’m a certified life and spiritual coach with four years of private coaching experience and a background that bridges psychology, spirituality, somatics, and practical change. My work helps smart women stop settling and start living lives that feel as good as they look on paper—lives of clarity, purpose, and wholeness they can actually experience in their bodies and daily lives.
Clients come to me for all kinds of reasons: career shifts, weight loss, emotional healing, spiritual realignment, or simply the desire to feel like themselves again. What they discover is that the process is both profound and practical—deep inner work paired with tangible results. Together, we translate self-awareness into real-world change.
Whether I’m coaching one-on-one, speaking to a room full of women, or writing about the intersection of body and soul, my work is about helping people remember who they are and live from that truth. Because once you understand yourself at the deepest level, you stop trying to become someone else—and start becoming whole.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me reading a stack of books, attending a boy band concert, or laughing with my three sons, who continue to be my greatest teachers in the real work of embodiment: presence, patience, and the beautiful, messy fullness of being human.
